PDS Engineering is a World Record breaking company providing world-class precision engineering and manufacture of components to the highest specifications and specialising in engineering excellence.

Recognised for rapid response and flexibility alongside a wealth of experience in Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Petrochemical and Marine applications PDS’ team of engineers offer a one-stop-shop service from concept and design to manufacturing and full production.

Not afraid to get their hands dirty, PDS engineers also appreciate the value of traditional skills like conventional milling, centre-lathe turning and surface grinding.

PDS has a wide range of capabilities including:

  • CNC Milling – including Multi-pallet 5 Axis machining of components up to 1000mm cube, 4 axis and 4 spindle Vertical Machining
  • Advanced CNC turning – 5 Axis & Twin Spindle including power tooling; specializing in hard metals
  • Large size conventional turning for aerospace and energy generation applications
  • Manufacture of assemblies and sub-assemblies
  • Conventional Machining & Tool Making

PDS Engineering is committed to flexibility, specialising in hard metal machining like Nimonics, Inconels and Hastelloy X but also experienced with plastics, soft metals and composites.
